Compensation.....

Just a quick update on the "Amtrak Experience". I was FINALLY (after 3 hours on hold .... not making this up!) able to connect with Amtrak customer relations. They ended up giving us $150 credit for future travel to compensate for the bus experience. I thought that was more sufficient being as the train ticket from Chicago to Grand Rapids was only $25. I guess the rest was for pain and suffering...... :)
Now we'll have to see where else we might want to brave via train.......
